INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


Full Terms & Conditions
1. Formation of Contract
1.1 A contract is formed upon acceptance of the quotation and/or receipt of payment.
1.2 Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
1.3 We reserve the right to correct any clerical or pricing errors.


2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
2.2 Payment of a deposit or payment in full must be received in cleared funds prior to ordering materials.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend works or deliveries where payment is not received.
2.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue sums in accordance with applicable law.


3. Deposits & Cancellations
3.1 Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
3.2 Cancellation after this point may result in additional charges where costs have been incurred.


4. Materials
4.1 All materials are ordered specifically for the customer’s project and are non-returnable.
4.2 Materials are subject to availability from suppliers.
4.3 We reserve the right to supply equivalent alternatives where necessary, subject to prior agreement with the customer.
5. Installation & Access


5.1 The Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
5.2 The Customer must ensure all areas are clear of furniture and obstructions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Failure to provide access or prepare the area may result in delays and/or additional charges.
5.4 Additional visits caused by access issues may be chargeable.


6. Subfloor & Site Conditions
6.1 Any subfloor preparation, levelling, damp-proofing or remedial work is not included unless expressly stated.
6.2 We are not responsible for hidden defects or issues not visible at the time of quotation.
6.3 Any additional work required will be chargeable.


7. Delays
7.1 We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, weather conditions, illness, or site access issues.

7.2 Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change.


8. Risk & Ownership
8.1 Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.
8.2 Title to goods remains with us until full payment has been received.


9. Warranty & Defects
9.1 Installation workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion.
9.2 Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials where applicable.
9.3 Any defects or issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.


11. Customer Responsibilities
11.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.
11.2 The Customer must remove any valuables or fragile items from the work area.


12. Data Protection
12.1 We process personal data solely for the purposes of providing quotations, fulfilling orders, and maintaining records.
12.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the contract.


13. Complaints
13.1 Any complaints must be raised promptly to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.


14. Governing Law
14.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
