Either you can get in touch to discuss what you have in mind or you can complete our short form, which lets us know the type of flooring (carpet, lvt, laminate, vinyl etc) and what you want from your floor and your able to give more detail if you want. We bring a range of tailored samples to suit a variety of budgets.

In our experience, its best that we make a visit and take the measure. Although it may seem straightforward (and it sometimes is), we like to make sure that we can understand the space, anticipate or advise on any potential issues and also minimise any material waste. Don't worry - we will come at a time to suit you and there is no sales talk. just honest advice.

This is something we discuss when we carry out a home measure or during our 'we bring the showroom to you' service. It is normal practice to remove all furniture and old flooring prior to the arrival of the fitters, enabling them to carry out this installation without delay. If this is not possible, we do offer a furniture and flooring removal / disposal service (additional charges apply).

Typically we can offer our 'showroom to you' service within 2 working days.

No problem. This depends upon the availability of our fitting team and the size of the job, but we will work with you and do our best to fit in with your time frame. To give you a general idea, once we have received the deposit, we can usually start fitting within 5 working days.

Yes, to secure your materials and the fitting date, we do ask for a deposit. The amount payable will be made clear on our invoice.
